These policies support a safe, respectful, and well-organized experience for every Zippy Squirrels family. By enrolling or participating, families agree to the policies that apply to their program and to any additional terms communicated at booking.

KEY MONTHLY-CLASS DATES
Tuition posts and is due on the 1st of each month. To prevent the next month’s tuition from posting, select a class drop date no later than the final calendar day of the current month.

Enrollment, Tuition & Payment
1. Enrollment, Tuition & Payment 1.1 Monthly Class Enrollment and Tuition Monthly class enrollment continues from month to month until a withdrawal takes effect. On the 1st of each month, iClassPro posts the tuition charge for that month, and payment is due that day. Auto-Pay is optional. If a family has enabled Auto-Pay, iClassPro charges the saved payment method when tuition posts. If Auto-Pay is not enabled, the amount remains outstanding in the family account and must be paid manually through the Client Portal. Choosing not to use Auto-Pay does not change the payment obligation or cancel an enrollment. 1.2 Annual Registration Fee A nonrefundable $75 annual registration fee is charged once per family when the family begins monthly class enrollment and at each annual enrollment anniversary while the family maintains class enrollment. It is not charged per child. The fee does not apply to trial classes, camps, birthday parties, private lessons, or special events unless expressly stated. 1.3 Late Payments A $25 late fee per child may be applied when tuition remains unpaid after five calendar days. This applies to both failed Auto-Pay charges and unpaid manual balances. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension or interruption of enrollment until the account is brought current.
