QUALIFICATIONS
-
Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, etc.).

Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading physical activities for children ages 3-12 years old.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to model safe movement and demonstrate basic fitness skills.

CPR/First Aid certification (Will need to complete within first 14 days)

SafeSport Certified (Will need to complete training with first 60 days)

Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
ASSISTANT COACH
Role Summary
The Assistant Coach helps deliver fun, high‑energy sessions for children by supporting the Lead Coach, engaging young athletes, and creating a positive, safe environment. This role combines movement, mentorship, and customer interaction to help kids build confidence, strength, and healthy habits.
Core Responsibilities

Coaching & Class Support

Assist in leading classes for children ages 3–12.

Demonstrate exercises with proper form and safe movement.

Support class flow and quick transitions between each activity.

Encourage participation and celebrate effort and teamwork.

Adjust activities for different ages, abilities, and comfort levels.

Safety & Supervision

Maintain a safe training space by monitoring equipment, spacing, and behavior.

Provide extra guidance to children who need support or redirection.

Follow all safety protocols and incident‑reporting procedures.

Ensure warm‑ups, activity transitions and hydration breaks are complete promptly.
LEAD COACH
Role Summary
The Lead Coach is the primary instructor responsible for delivering fun, high‑quality sessions. This role oversees class execution, ensures safety, mentors assistant coaches, and creates an environment where kids build confidence, strength, and a love for movement. The position calls for an energetic, organized leader who can inspire both kids and staff.
