TIME TO PARTY THE ZIPPY WAY
Birthdays at Zippy Squirrels are a fun time for everyone! Our Party Packages are designed to offer an unforgettable two-hour experience for attendees. Zippy coaches create an exciting atmosphere with ninja activities and open play, while adults can enjoy the view from our open lobby area. Packages include:

A special 15-minute bonus time dedicated for check-in support so that we ensure everyone feels welcome and included.

1 hour of coach-led MEGA ninja course to engage and entertain participants.

We break the activities half way through for group photo with the birthday star, capturing the memories of the day.

30 minutes allocated for celebrating with food and cake.

A heartwarming 15 minute farewell and clean up.

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Host Check-in

Confirm child roster and waiver completion with front desk staff.

Host setup table cloths and cake.

Brief review of the party schedule with the host.

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM | Guest Check-in; Meet & Greet

Guest check-in and waiver verification.

Coloring pages provided for guests while waiting for all guests to arrive.

3:15 PM – 4:15 PM | Full Ninja Course

Coach introductions and course expectations.

Demonstrations of obstacle course.

Ninja course begins.

Half way through there is a 5 minute Break. Group photo with birthday star!

Resume ninja course, come and go as you please.

4:15 PM – 4:50 PM | Time to Celebrate

Children exit the training floor, wash hands and put on socks/shoes.

Cake and singing to the birthday star!

4:50 PM – 5:00 PM | Guest Departure & Clean-Up

The staff cleans up tables, bags trash/food, removes food boxes and prepares for departure.

Guests and hosts collect belongings and depart promptly at 5:00PM.

ZIPPY PARTY PACKAGES PRICING
PARTY FAQS

Non-Refundable Deposit: A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. This deposit will be applied to you party pack grand total on the day of the party.

The host may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the party to set up table cloths and party favors for the party. The host should bring plates, forks and napkins for cake.

NO latex balloons or large balloon arrangements permitted.

Up to FIVE inflated Mylar balloons attached to a base are permitted. They must be removed by the end of the party by the host. Balloons can not be attached to any of the facility walls, windows or benches.

The host will be responsible for serving their guests cake during the party.

The Zippy Squirrels staff will clean up the lobby area 15 minutes prior to party departure time.

During group activities on the training floor, parents are not permitted. For parents of children under 4 years of age, it is recommended that they arrive early to walk the course with their child to get them acclimated. Children under 3 years old are not permitted on the training floor.

On the day of the event, should the participant guest list exceed the maximum number of participants allotted for that party package, the host will be charged $25.00 per additional child attending up to 4 people, before it becomes the price of the next price bracket for the group.

The host will send Zippy Squirrels a participant roster 1 week prior to the party. The host will be contacted with a list of participants that have not set up a guest account and completed party waivers so that the host can contact their guests and request them to complete the waiver.

Parents of children under the age of 7 years old must remain on site for the duration of the party. For children over 7 years of age, parents may drop off their children but must complete the check in process at the front desk before departing.
