Participant Account & Waiver Instructions
We’re excited to welcome your child to a birthday party at Zippy Squirrels!
Before participating, every child must have a Zippy Squirrels account, with the required waiver accepted by their parent or legal guardian. Please complete the following steps before the party.
Step 1: Open the Zippy Squirrels Customer Portal
Portal Link: https://portal.iclasspro.com/zippysquirrels
Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
If your family already has a Zippy Squirrels account:
Select Log In and use your existing email address and password. Please do not create a duplicate account.
After logging in, the member portal will automatically ask you to review any policies or waivers that still require your attention.
If your family is NEW to Zippy Squirrels:

Select Create Account.

Enter the parent or legal guardian’s email address.

Complete the email-verification step if prompted.

Enter the parent or guardian’s contact information.

Create a password and continue through the account-setup prompts.

Review and accept the required Zippy Squirrels policies and participant waiver when they appear.
The account and waiver must be completed by the participating child’s own parent or legal guardian. The birthday-party host cannot complete the waiver on your behalf.
Step 3: Add Your Child
After completing the account setup:

Go to My Account.

Select Add Student.

Enter the participating child’s full name and date of birth.

Add any important allergy, medical, or health information.

Save the child’s profile.

Complete any additional prompts that appear.
Please use the same child’s name that was provided to the birthday-party host so Zippy Squirrels can match the child’s account with the party roster.
You’re Finished!
You do not need to register for a class, enroll in a program, or make a payment. Creating or accessing your account, adding your child, and accepting the automatically presented policies and waiver are all that is required to participate on the training floor.
Every participating child must have a waiver completed by their own parent or legal guardian before entering the training floor.
