Please Note: This is a formal review of our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. To ensure participant safety, all guests—including those attending hosted events and birthday parties—must create a member account and accept the digital terms and conditions in their profile before entering the training floor.
Participant Waiver & Release
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING
In consideration of my child (“the Participant”) being permitted to participate in Zippy Squirrels activities, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: trips, falls, collisions, cuts, and injuries resulting from jumping or throwing. I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. While Zippy Squirrels enforces safety rules and equipment standards, these risks cannot be fully eliminated. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees.
2. Participation & Safety
I agree to comply with all stated terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any significant hazard or unusual concern regarding my child’s readiness or the program environment, I will immediately remove my child from participation and notify the nearest official.
3. Release of Liability
I, for myself, my spouse, and my child, hereby release and hold harmless Zippy Squirrels LLC, its officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and owners/lessors of the premises (“Releasees”), from any and all claims for injury, illness, disability, death, or loss of property incident to my child’s involvement, to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities or expenses arising from my child’s participation, including those arising from the negligence of the Releasees.
5. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment
I assert that I have explained the risks of these activities and the importance of following all safety rules to my child, and I believe they understand these responsibilities.
