Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can provide the best party experience for all families. Our cancellation policy is as follows: - 30 days or more before the party date: Full refund will be issued. - 14–29 days before the party date: A 30% cancellation fee will be applied (we will refund 70% of your payment). - Less than 14 days before the party date: No refunds will be issued. Note: Parties may be rescheduled (subject to availability) without penalty if requested at least 14 days in advance.
