Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to offer one free trial class so your child can experience the energy, fun, and growth that come with our program. What's Included A full 45–60 minute class led by our certified coaches Access to age-appropriate equipment and curriculum A brief parent/guardian Q&A before or after class Eligibility Free trial is open to new families only (one trial per child). Children must be within the proper age range. Parent or legal guardian must be present to complete a brief waiver before class. How to Book Sign up online through our booking system or contact us directly. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get comfortable. No Obligation The trial is completely free with no obligation to enroll. If you and your child love it (and we think you will!), we’ll walk you through membership options after the class. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
